A quick breakfast - Moringa Sandwich !
Moringa Veg Sandwich

Ingredients
- Bread slices – 4
- Cucumber – 1 small, sliced (50g)
- Tomato – 1 small, sliced (50g)
- Onion – 1 small, sliced (50g)
- Moringa powder – ½ tsp (2g)
- Butter – 2 tbsp (30g)
- Salt & pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Step 1 — Prepare spread (≈2 mins): In a small bowl, mix softened butter with moringa powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Step 2 — Assemble (≈5 mins): Spread the moringa butter on both slices of bread. Layer cucumber, tomato, and onion slices on two bread slices and cover with the remaining slices.
- Step 3 — Serve (≈3 mins): Cut sandwiches into halves. Serve fresh, or grill lightly on a pan or sandwich press if desired.
Tips
- Use slightly stale bread for easier grilling and better texture.
- Add a slice of cheese or a spread of chutney for extra flavor.
- Toast or grill briefly if you prefer warm, crispy sandwiches.
