Ingredients

  • Paneer – 250g, crumbled
  • Onion – 1 large, chopped (120g)
  • Tomato – 1 medium, chopped (100g)
  • Green chili – 1, chopped
  • Moringa powder – 1 tsp (5g)
  • Turmeric – ¼ tsp (1g)
  • Salt – 1 tsp (5g)
  • Oil – 1 tbsp (15ml)

Instructions

  1. Step 1 — Sauté (≈5 mins): Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and green chili, sauté for a minute. Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.
  2. Step 2 — Cook bhurji (≈10 mins): Add crumbled paneer, turmeric, salt, and moringa powder. Mix well and cook on medium flame for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve hot with chapati, paratha, or bread.

Tips

  • Use fresh, soft paneer for the best texture.
  • Add bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and color.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
