Ingredients
- Paneer – 250g, crumbled
- Onion – 1 large, chopped (120g)
- Tomato – 1 medium, chopped (100g)
- Green chili – 1, chopped
- Moringa powder – 1 tsp (5g)
- Turmeric – ¼ tsp (1g)
- Salt – 1 tsp (5g)
- Oil – 1 tbsp (15ml)
Instructions
- Step 1 — Sauté (≈5 mins): Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and green chili, sauté for a minute. Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.
- Step 2 — Cook bhurji (≈10 mins): Add crumbled paneer, turmeric, salt, and moringa powder. Mix well and cook on medium flame for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot with chapati, paratha, or bread.
Tips
- Use fresh, soft paneer for the best texture.
- Add bell peppers or spinach for extra flavor and color.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
