Ingredients
- Yogurt – 1.5 cups (300g)
- Moringa powder – ½ tsp (2g)
- Sugar or honey – 2 tbsp (30g)
- Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp (1g)
- Water – ½ cup (120ml)
Instructions
- Step 1 — Blend (≈4 mins): In a blender, combine yogurt, moringa powder, sugar or honey, cardamom powder, and water. Blend until smooth and frothy.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with a pinch of cardamom or chopped nuts if desired, and serve chilled.
Tips
- Use chilled yogurt and cold water for a refreshing drink.
- Adjust sweetness to taste; replace sugar with honey or jaggery syrup if preferred.
- For a thicker lassi, reduce the water or add a few ice cubes while blending.
